0S 10.3.9, Gnome, all updated successfully except for xfig and
gst-plugins.
Inadvertently updated to QuickTime 7, but have reinstalled QT 6.
Reinstalled XTools 1.5 and GCC update due to failed XFree86 update (now
successful).
Selfupdate has been run frequently.
I looked at the archives and found a similar report.
Following Alexander Hansen's suggestion, I installed man2html but the
same error appears.
