It's hard to tell since you weren't specific about the problem: "can't
build" can occur for multiple different reasons.
if your error is like
http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/forum.php?thread_id=4652630&forum_id=3200
try that solution. If that didn't work or your problem is something
else, please elaborate on what's going on.
