This package is on the TODO list for things that need fixing for GNOME

i.e. everybody has the same problem.
By the way, it's usually best to put the name+version+revision of the
package that's actually causing the problem rather than the package you
ultimately want to install--that's especially true when you cc a
maintainer, since they may look at the message and say "Huh. That's not
my package."
Ah, that's too bad... :-/ I'm happy to test out patches, but probably not
able to create them. Any idea if/when this will get fixed?
I'm not sure--I think the maintainer is busy, but on the other hand this
is desired for GNOME2.10 so somebody may try to push on it (e.g. the
meld maintainer)
And come to think of it, I may have (not right at the moment) a .deb
file for gnome-python2-py23-2.0.0-16 that I built on Panther--it should
work. I can make it accessible via the web when I get home from work.
