Failed: can't install package openoffice.org-en-gb-1.9m121-60

If it's only this you want to get around, you can force the installation by using

sudo dpkg -i --force-overwrite /sw/fink/dists/unstable/main/binary-darwin-powerpc/x11/openoffice.org-en-gb_1.9m121-60_darwin-powerpc.deb

The packe is built, it only refuses to be installed. There are perhaps more elegant options for dpkg to do this, but this brute-force method should get the package installed. I have no idea, though, what this standard.sog file is and why it is present in both packages.
