OK, in order to clean this up, I checked new versions of libdvdnav2 and libdvdnav into 10.4-transitional unstable. libdvdnav2 is now a dummy, and libdvdnav2-shlibs is a dummy that depends on libdvdnav4-shlibs. So for other packages depending on these, nothing will change, they can depend indifferently either on libdvdnav2-shlibs or on libdvdnav4-shlibs. If nothing depends on libdvdnav2-shlibs any more, the libdvdnav2 packages could just silently be dropped, in principle, except for upgrade-path problems. I hope there are no such problems now...
BTW, I did not change the maintainer fields.
