Possibly.  Another possibility is that upstream changed something
trivial and didn't change the package version.

In any case let the maintainer know in case they don't happen to be
reading the lists.

Yeah, the upstream file changed slightly without changing the name; hence the wrong checksum. :/ I've updated the package to the new checksum. The changes don't affect how fontforge builds with fink, so I didn't change the revision.
