I just did a selfupdate and then did an update of clamav. It should have resulted in /sw/sbin/clamd, but it's not there. I can't find the clamd executable anywhere in the /sw tree. Does anybody have any suggestions?

Install clamav-daemon, which will also start the clamd for you using daemonic.
