It was probably my mistake or some cvs trouble that I committed
1.2.6-5 to 10.3 tree, but not to 10.4. I think I have committed the
file in unstable.

As Robert mentioned, I have already got newer version (1.3.1) in my
homepage. I have not put it in unstable because I still need some time
to work with other packages which depend on gdal. But so far, it seems
no problem with it, so I will committ in a few days.
