Thanks for noticing. Version 2.07-2 fixes this. TeXShop is in the best (Not!) TeX tradition of keeping file names free of any version information. This means that every time the upstream sources are changed, I have to release a new revision for the Fink package.

And, of course, the Master mirrors haven't picked it up

which is a good thing in this case.
