lftp-ssl is License:Restrictive due to openssl binary linkage
licensing issues. Fink doesn't try master mirrors for Restrictive
packages because the mirroring scripts don't gather
Restrictive-package sources. License:Restrictive is a catch-all for
many restrictive types, some of which do prohibit source
redistribution, so this has to be done this way.

A while ago I proposed a new license Restrictive/Source-Distributable
or something like that for the case where the package has weird
restrictive licensing but *does* permit source redistribution (and
hence mirroring). Never got around to dealing with it...
