I got essentially the same thing on builds before the update to Java
1.5 and after switching to the 10.4 tree on PowerPC.

 I guess that the problem is due to a failure that didn't stop the
build process, but I haven't been able to get any further with the
build due to the same Java-related issues you had earlier.
