The experimental branch, you mean? AFAIK, this version of gnucash is 
only in bmaret's experimental tree, not in unstable yet. It might then 
be a good idea to take this up with him directly.

This is strange: The gnucash-2.0.1-1 package I can see has a 
build-dependency on gtkhtml3.8.15-dev, and this does not contain 
/sw/include/gtkhtml/gtkhtml.h. The latter comes from an older version of 
gtkhtml-dev.

What version of gtkhtml do you have installed?
