Latest fink on ppc, trying to finish updating packages, and
the build process got killed part way through mozilla due to
my ISP dropping the link (I was running the build on a
remote server). When I try to start again, I get the
following:

Installing build-lock package...
/sw/bin/dpkg-lockwait -i
/sw/src/fink.build/fink-buildlock-mozilla-1.7.13-1113_2006.09.27-22.12.08_darwin-powerpc.deb
dpkg: parse error, in file `/sw/var/lib/dpkg/status' near
line 2513 package `fink-buildlock-mozilla-1.7.13-1113':
  missing version
### execution of /sw/bin/dpkg-lockwait failed, exit code 2
Can't set build lock for mozilla (1.7.13-1113)

So I've tried the following (not in this order): fink index,
fink remove fink-buildlock-mozilla-1.7.13-1113, fink
selfupdate, apt-get update, fink scanpackages. Several
times. No dice. Generally get

Building Dependency Tree... Done
W: Encountered status field in a non-version description
W: You may want to run apt-get update to correct these
problems

(and the buildlock doesn't remove, I'm told it isn't
installed).

How do I get out of this?

thanks,
