I just updated fink, and tried to rebuild the three tcltk packages that were now out of date.  tcltk-dev built, but could not be installed as there was a file in two packages:

======================================
Preparing to replace tcltk-dev 8.4.13-1 (using .../tcltk-dev_8.4.13-2_darwin-powerpc.deb) ...
Unpacking replacement tcltk-dev ...
/sw/bin/dpkg: error processing /sw/fink/dists/unstable/main/binary-darwin-powerpc/languages/tcltk-dev_8.4.13-2_darwin-powerpc.deb (--install):
trying to overwrite `/sw/lib/tclConfig.sh', which is also in package tcltk
/sw/bin/dpkg-deb: subprocess paste killed by signal (Broken pipe)

Setting up tcltk-shlibs (8.4.13-2) ...
Setting up tcltk (8.4.13-2) ...

Errors were encountered while processing:
/sw/fink/dists/unstable/main/binary-darwin-powerpc/languages/tcltk-dev_8.4.13-2_darwin-powerpc.deb
### execution of /sw/bin/dpkg-lockwait failed, exit code 1
====================================

I could probably sort this out by using --force in dpkg, but I'll wait a few hours in case that is a bad idea.
