Hi Thanks for reporting this issue. And I am sorry that slipped through. This is a known bug of mysql 5.0.27 that is triggered by DBD::Mysql 4.001. Mysql 5.0.33, out since a couple of days, should fix that. Asari is working on getting this new version out soon.
As soon as I confirmed that the older version of DBD::mysql is still working with mysql 5.0.27 I will revert it. Thanks for your patience, Christian. PS: I didn't found that bug since I was using mysql 5.0.20 to test DBD::Mysql. Sorry about that.
