The file doesn't exist on any of the mirrors. The problem is that  
upstream doesn't keep old versions around, they just update http:// 
www.red-bean.com/cvs2cl/cvs2cl.pl to the new version without a  
version in the file name. That file is currently version 2.60 but the  
fink package is 2.59 and so the checksum is wrong. Changing the  
package's Version to 2.60 and the Source-MD5 to  
30b45da870831c764473e63e5dfd8fe5 should fix things. I'm CCing this to  
the maintainer so hopefully he will fix this.
