Select one in the Finder and then do Get Info on it (e.g. via 
Control-click or Command-I).  There will be a panel called "Open with:" 
which has a selector.  You can select Terminal.app to open just the 
particular file you're interested in, or you can hit the "Change All" 
button to do it for all similar files.
