it seems i am not the first person to have issues with octave 2.9.x and gnuplot 4.2 and aquaterm, but any help would be greatly appreciated. (10.4.10 intel MBP, latest fink, unstable, all updated)
gnuplot works just fine. i display plots in aquaterm and can manipulate with "set", etc. however, try as i might, i cannot get octave to plot in aqua. (with octave 2.1.x, this was no problem.) __gnuplot_show__ terminal returns "aqua" but plots appear in an x11 terminal. more problematically--and i guess this is the core of the issue-- __gnuplot_set__ and __gnuplot_raw__ appear to have no effect on the plot. has something gone missing when octave is compiled? cheers, matt. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: Microsoft Defy all challenges.
