leopard/intel

The new ccp4 waits for user input while building at this point:

I agree to the above conditions and have done the actions
   required.

-n y/n [n] ?:

I would bet that this is an upshot of the new treatment of echo -n in
leopard preventing the script from answering this question (because I
think the build script used to answer this for the user).

The build completes successfully after answering the question but failed
at the install phase with:

/sw/bin/dpkg: error processing
/sw/fink/dists/unstable/main/binary-darwin-i386/sci/ccp4_6.0.2-7_darwin-i386.deb

(--install):
trying to overwrite `/sw/share/man/man1/surface.1', which is also in
package gmt

Which is fixed with:

sudo dpkg -i --force-overwrite
/sw/fink/dists/unstable/main/binary-darwin-i386/sci/ccp4_6.0.2-7_darwin-i386.deb

It is now installed, but I don't think it's running properly (none of
the invocation commands are found: ccp4help ccp4i -- are there others I
should try?).

Complete output is available here:
http://ccwf.cc.utexas.edu/~robert/intel/ccp4-6.0.2-7.txt

Let me know if there's something I can help test.
