Dear Robert:

1. You have to source /sw/bin/init.(c)sh, which in turn runs
/sw/etc/profile.d/ccp4.(c)sh to set the paths and environment to run any
of the ca. 200 ccp4 programs.

2. Apparently gmt also installs a program called surface. The only thing
I can do is to change the name to something like ccp4_surface and rename
the man page as well. Since /sw/bin comes before $CCP4/bin in the path,
if you have both installed, the ccp4 surface will be invisible unless
invoked by the full path.

Bill

PS: In the future if you could email me directly, I will get the message
much sooner, as I only get the fink emails bundled. Thanks.
