This is a problem with the new libdvdread.3 that replaces libdvdread4 in
an incompatible way. In the old libdvdread4, the file
/sw/include/dvdread/ifo_types.h began with the line
#include <inttypes.h>

The new libdvdread.3 has replaced this #include directive by the error
message that you (and I) are seeing. Really charming...

This means that every package that uses libdvdread (I don't know if
there are others besides dvdbackup) will have to be patched to do
#include <inttypes.h>
before
#include <dvdread/ifo_read.h>
or other #include's of dvdread headers.
