I can't see any package named 'openmotif3-dev'. I tried to remove 'openmotif3-shlibs' (it worked with a recursive remove only, since I seemed to have several packages depending on 'openmotif3-shlibs'). I then tried to install 'openmotif3' again, but I got exactly the same error messages as before.
