The package is explicitly calling for autoreconf-2.60, which isn't
available via Fink (I'm assuming it was at one point) or as part of
10.4 or 10.5.
It looks like replacing "autoreconf-2.60" by "%p/bin/autoreconf-2.63"
fixes the problem; so I've gone ahead and committed that change (on
the assumption that Philip is all right with that). I didn't change
the revision, but you can check if you've gotten the new one after a
selfupdate by running
$ fink dumpinfo -fcompilescript openvrml016
