That was supposed to have been installed by vtk52-shlibs:
$ dpkg -L vtk52-shlibs | grep Widg
/sw/lib/vtk52/libvtkRenderingPythonTkWidgets.5.2.1.dylib
Is that package installed? If not this may indicate a missing dependency.
