OK; so it's stuck _while_ removing the buildlock (which is new to me--I
don't remember any reports of seeing that happen, nor has it happened to
me).

You'll probably need to close the window where the stuck process is.
Then edit /sw/var/lib/dpkg/status as the superuser, go down to where it
mentions fink-buildlock-t1lib5-nox-5.1.2-1, and change the status to

purge ok not-installed

Then save it and you should be OK to continue.  Luckily the t1lib5-nox
that you've already built is fine.
