Sorry for not reacting to this earlier. Anyway: No, I don't think I am the one who needs to fix the issue, and don't feel responsible. According to the CVS logs, it was Daniel Macks who moved the newer slrn to stable on 2009/03/19. Right now, I can't find any notice about this in my inbox either, despite the very explicit disclaimer in all of my .info files :-(. So, I'll wait now to hear what Daniel has to say.
