Fink is not able to identify versions of Growl that contain letters
(more precisely, anything different from digits and dots), so it fails
for beta versions of Growl because they contain the letter 'b'.

I'm CC'ing Fink's maintainers to notify them of this problem.

$ fink -V | head -n 2
Package manager version: 0.29.6
Distribution version: selfupdate-cvs Wed May 27 08:29:04 2009, 10.5,
i386

 From /sw/lib/perl5/Fink/VirtPackage.pm, lines 1409-1411:

if (<FILEIN> =~ /<key>CFBundleVersion<\/key>[\r\n\s]*<string>([\d\.]+)<
\/string>/) {
        $growl_version = $1;
}

$ /usr/libexec/PlistBuddy -c "print CFBundleVersion" \
/Library/PreferencePanes/Growl.prefPane/Contents/Info.plist
1.1.5b1

Cheers,
