"update" shouldn't do anything there, since libkpathsea4 isn't showing
as out of date to your machine.



That being said, if "selfupdate" isn't bringing you a current version
you might need to reconfigure your mirror setup.  That's not
current/unstable libkpathsea4 (and not even even current/stable) on 10.4
(assuming you're still on 10.4):

so you may be on an rsync mirror that isn't updating properly.
