Attached a patch which patches the emacs23.info and emacs23.patch. To use it, do the following (on the command line): cd /sw/fink/dists/unstable/main/finkinfo/editors sudo cp emacs23.info emacs23.patch ../../../../local/main/finkinfo/ cd ../../../../local/main/finkinfo/ patch -p0 < path_to_patch_file fink rebuild emacs23 HTH, Remi
