Renamed %p/bin/pod2* to %p/bin/pod2*-new in podlators-pm-2.3.1-2

I wonder if the occasional error reports of permissions problems on
these scripts in /usr/bin is caused by users installing this package
(or perl itself) manually (via CPAN) and it overwriting the OS X
files?
