I've been using 3.2.3 with Fink for a while and have had no issues. If all you 
are using it for is to build Fink packages, then there is no pressing need to 
update, but it won't hurt either. The main changes are iOS 4 SDK support and a 
vastly improved clang compiler, neither of which Fink uses. All of Apple's 
compiler efforts are going into clang now so there's little change to gcc.
