This morning I'm attempting a fink selfupdate using CVS, and it's not connecting to the update servers:
cvs [update aborted]: connect to fink.cvs.sourceforge.net(216.34.181.110):2401 failed: Connection refused ### execution of /usr/bin/su failed, exit code 1 /usr/bin/su viktor -c 'cvs -q -z3 update -d -P 10.4' cvs [update aborted]: connect to fink.cvs.sourceforge.net(216.34.181.110):2401 failed: Connection refused ### execution of /usr/bin/su failed, exit code 1 Failed: Updating using CVS failed. Check the error messages above. I can't use rsync, as I'm behind a firewall, and rsync connections are not supported. CVS was working for me up until this morning (last time I updated was a few weeks ago). Has support for updating through CVS been discontinued? Is this a temporary problem at Fink or Sourforge's end? After the recent user account kafuffle at sourceforge, do I need to re-configure my local fink installation to provide user/password credentials for the scripts to use contacting sourceforge?
