Reason N 1 to have packages use fink-supplied libs whenever available even if they duplicate system ones. CCing ghostscript maintainer. There's a(n older version of) ghostscript in my cvs exp that builds with more fink libs (bonus: also with shared libgs that some other packages have requested from time to time), I guess I should clean it up. Shame the build system is...well let's just say I wish it were cmake. dan
