Some people have experienced missing files after updating qt4,
First "fink reinstall phonon-x11", and use e.g.
find /sw/lib/qt4-x11 -name phononnamespace.h
to verify that you have phononnamespace.h files installed. If you
have them, then you can try to install kdebase4-runtime-x11 again.
If you don't have phononnamespace.h, then try "fink rebuild phonon-x11".
