Nor do I have a /sw/lib/emacsen-common/packages/install/yatex anywhere. See what you get from "dpkg -S /sw/lib/emacsen-common/packages/install/yatex". If you don't get anything, then this file has somehow been orphaned, and you can just get rid of it.
