Also try "fink list -t system-xfree86" If x11-dev is indeed missing, then use fink-virtual-pkgs --debug 2>&1 | grep -C1 Xlib.h to see what is going on. Normally one sees $ fink-virtual-pkgs --debug 2>&1 | grep -C1 Xlib.h - found an X server, system-xfree86 provides xserver and x11 - - checking for header X11/Xlib.h... found in /usr/X11R6/include - system-xfree86-dev provides x11-dev so you may just be missing X11/Xlib.h. - -- Alexander Hansen, Ph.D. Fink User Liaison http://finkakh.wordpress.com/ -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.11 (Darwin) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org/ iEYEARECAAYFAk6i9e4ACgkQB8UpO3rKjQ85tQCdGp8+NIsKwN9TnIVnvzshgI1D FiUAniGby3NKFNIzOb+obsFwd05hew6g =s/EQ -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The demand for IT networking professionals continues to grow, and the demand for specialized networking skills is growing even more rapidly.
