Galeon is a browser that uses the underlying stuff installed by
seamonkey, but has a separate interface.

Try the following:

fink install seamonkey-1.1.17-3

and if it succeeds, try running galeon again.  If this doesn't work, I'm 
out of ideas.  Both galeon and seamonkey are over 4 years old and very 
outdated (and can't be modernized)
