firefox8.info hasn't been modified in CVS since the initial checkin 4 months ago. Presumably what you saw was CVS pointing out that your local version differed from the repo version because of some local changes. Unfortunately, I'm not sure there is any possible fix for it with Xcode 4.3 without rewriting some firefox code and I don't have the ability to do that. Having a version of Xcode installed that carries gcc-4.2 will work (4.1, maybe 4.2 also). This advice comes with the very strong caveat that I don't know what will happen if you install Xcode-not-4.3 on top of or after removing your Xcode 4.3 install.
