Michael, Thanks a lot, that helped, I think I'm able to build usbmuxd. Steps I followed are, mkdir build cd build ccmake .. (here fixed USB_INCUDE_DIR) make sudo make install
by the way make reported following, "configuring usbmuxd -vUNKNOWN also, user/local/lib/pkgconfig/libusbmuxd.pc says "Version: UNKNOWN" (I think this is the problem Hanspeter mentioned earlier in this thread) My guess is, if I try "fink install libimobiledevice" at this point, it will try to rebuild usbmuxd. Is there a workaround to fix this?
