dear possible helpers

I bought 2 months ago a MacMini under 10.7, .
I began to copy the /sw from my older MacBookunder 10.6, then installed
Xcode 4.3.3, then updated Fink.

this morning I tried to use Fink Commander which has wanted to update
again Fink. that ends in error . What is wrong with that?
you'll find below the end of the result of this process.

many thanks
