'fink dumpinfo -fallversions imagemagick' will tell you what versions 
are available on your system (and will tell you whether a deb is built 
and/or installed as well).

If, for example, it lists imagemagick-6.4.1-1018 as available, you can 
install that specific version by using the command 'fink install 
imagemagick-6.4.1-1018'
