It looks as if you have raptor1 packages installed, but this new version of
soprano seems to need raptor2 packages.
Fink lists for me:
libraptor1-dev 1.4.21-2 RDF parser library
libraptor1-shlibs 1.4.21-2 RDF parser library
libraptor2-dev 2.0.8-1 RDF parser library
libraptor2-shlibs 2.0.8-1 RDF parser library
raptor-bin 2.0.8-1 RDF parser library
The missing `raptor2.pc' file certainly is part of the libraptor2-dev package.
Once it is installed you can check with
dpkg -L libraptor2-dev | grep raptor2.pc
Once these two libraptor2 are installed manually you could try build soprano
again…
