The Terminal entry in the Applications menu is part of an array. You can edit
that array, apps_menu, from the Applications menu.
The meaning of app_to_run might have been or still is that at least one X
client is launched when no ~/.xinitrc file or an empty ~/.xinitrc.d directory
exists.
