Could be none of the two ppl_lpsol.c files exists… I.e., neither in that
ppl_lpsol directory where compilation happens in nor in
ppl_lpsol/../../../demos/ppl_lpsol.
You can check the archive whether it contains any of the two files, you can
check in the terminal emulation where Fink was running whether any of them was
out packed, and you can also check whether in the build area whether any of
them exists there.
But there is something very suspicious in the GCC invocation:
"-I/opt/fink/include".
