This problem isn't associated with any particular perlmod, but is a result of a problem that started in fink-0.36.0. Removing file-path-pm5123 will avoid the collision, but you'll have files installed in the wrong place in file-path-pm5124. Start by doing something along the lines of dpkg -S 5.12.3 | grep 5124 and "fink rebuild" any packages that show up in that list so that you don't have mis-built pm5124 modules laying around and potentially confusing the builds. Make sure to do a "fink rebuild file-path-pm5124" afterwards, in any case.
