There's a patch for this, but I have no idea how I'd get it into Fink.
Meanwhile, I guess I can just compile from source myself. But if you'd like
to put it into Fink, then it would be much appreciated.

Sorry, no idea at this point. It compiles for me on 10.8, and I am not
planing to switch to 10.9 in the
foreseeable future... If anybody else has an idea how to fix this, please
let me know; alternatively, feel
free to take over the *ddd* package (I am not actively using it anymore).
