Dear Dr. Hansen,
Thank you very much for your prompt reply, and for having pointed out the origin
of the problem when compiling the inkscape package. My next question is now how
will this bug be practically corrected. Is somebody in your staff allowed to
modify
the code in order to get rid of this mistake, or is it the responsibility of
inkscape
developers ? And also, how will the fink users community be informed that the
mistake has been corrected ?
Thank you again for your answer, and best regards,
Michel Posternak

Gentlemen,
I just updated fink on my MacBook Pro (OS X 10.9.2) to the 0.36.4
version, and updated then
my installed packages. This worked fine, except for inkscape. I removed
this package, and tried
to reinstall it again, but without success: the 2 found errors remain.
You will find, attached, the log of the operation.
Thank you very much in advance if you could solve this, probably simple,
problem.
With my best regards,
Michel Posternak

This appears to be due to a bit of sloppiness in the upstream code which
current clang versions don't tolerate.
