When attempting to install pandoc, the procedure fails, with the following error:

I have taken the "fink self update and try again" advice, but I'm not sure how else to troubleshoot this. I tried installing `ghc-transformers-base` directly, but it failed with a similar error. Any suggestions are appreciated.
