The actual error is that libEve.5.34.dylib didn’t get generated. However, you
are going to need to look earlier in your build output for another error
message to see what happened, because there’s no information at this point
about what caused that—“execution of mv failed” is a symptom.

Sorry for the delay answering. I had a look to the build log file, but didn't
find anything really anomalous, at least for me, apart the following:
root is looking in the xcode SDK for opengl which is needed for libEve.
However, opengl is no longer found in the 10.11 SDK. Unfortunately, root does
not bail out at the point, but just continues the build without it.
Anyway, I’m working on a new version of root5 which will also solve the missing
openssl on 10.11. Stay tuned.
