Sorry about that, publishing linux-image and linux-source .debs to packages.finnix.org is a manual process, and somehow always gets missed during releases. I will have them pushed today, and will update when they are uploaded. They will be available in http://packages.finnix.org/pool/testing/main/ as usual.
